 ENTIRE HOUSE REMODEL

This client was looking to sell this home, but many buyers like to buy a finished product.  Lambert Construction gave this client a beautiful remodel and a home that will have more selling power and appeal to many more clients, see for yourself!  After the project was remodeled, our Interior Decorator, Tina, did minimal staging to also increase the curb appeal which was desparately needed in this old Rio Rancho home.

Cabinets are yellowing and discolored, but we did not want to disturb the beautiful granite counters already installed a couple of years earlier.  Solution, reface all the cabinet doors and drawers!

Pictured  below is the Before Kitchen Remodel, our client wanted to keep with the warm ambiance and eclectic style kitchen, but bring in new and innovative, modern conveniences. 
After Kitchen Remodel, we gave them more counter space, new front custom cabinet doors, new appliances, new lighting fixtures, but kept their simplistic approach to a modern and user friendly kitchen!  

 Another Before Picture of this older kitchen, they wanted to keep the eclectic style and showcase the originality of this 1950's kitchen.  We updated the old door style with a modern twist.   

 New modern attributes and design selection gave this newly remodeled kitchen a true face lift while allowing the client to maintain their current footprint and style.
